Hi everyone, it's that time of year again. It's time to file for your homestead property exemption; if you already haven't done so.

Now, homestead exemption is a wonderful thing to file for. What it does is protect the asset that you are living in; it protects your family; as well as it gives you an increadible tax savings each and every year.

Now, what are these qualificaitons that you have to be mindful of is you have to be a Florida resident, and you must live in the property that we are filing homestead on.
