Preserve at Astor Farms lays away from the busy streets of metro Orlando. The community is situated at the end of a long dedicated drive and backs to the Black Bear nature preserve. Black Bear Wilderness Area encompasses approximately 1600 acres in northwest Seminole County, where you will find a variety of wetland habitats within the floodplain of the St Johns River. There are 290 single family homes within this gated subdivision with quarterly HOA fees averaging around $227. The homes range from 2,200 to 3,900 square feet.
