The first round of the 2010 playoffs for the Orlando Magic has been a profitable one for local Orlando sports bars, banner printers and T-shirt makers, among other businesses.  Last year, local businesses also reported at least a 15 percent hike in business due to the increased consumer attention on the Magic and many more are counting on a repeat in 2010.  More than 200,000 fans attended the 12 Orlando Magic playoff home games last year, and more than 2,000 members of the media came to town through that playoff series.
