Orlando has ranked number three in the top cities searcged by users of ZipRealty, Inc. who are seeking a new home.  The list also placed the 32824 zip code which is located southwest of Orlando International Airport at the top in a report that rated how sales prices compared with original list prices.  Homes in that particular zip code sold for an average of 97% of their listing prices.  Lake Nona homes also made the list at 97%.

At the top of the Most Searched Cities is Phoenix, Scottsdale, Orlando, Las Vegas, Atlanta, Houston, Irvine and Fort Lauderdale.
