Currently the market for senior-living communities in the Orlando market still has gaps.  Establishments for lower income seniors are being ignored as more multimillion dollar communities are being built.  J.P Hurd of Welbro Building Corp, Inc. says “There are less options for moderate senior living.”   Historically the trend for senior communities is high end  facilities with amenities such as indoor pools, spas and theater rooms.   Moderately priced communities charge approximately $1,500 per month for rent and a fee for services and amenities.  The vast majority of seniors may not be able to afford amenities which there is a need for.
