Mark Kinchla a real estate developer is working on an interesting site development where he is turning a historic Orlando church into five townhomes.

The former United Pentecostal Church is located near downtown Orlando, FL.  It is comprised of three stories, two floors, a garage, private elevator and a breathtaking view of the

Orlando skyline from the rooftop-terrace of the building.  The new project will be named Samsara.   Local historic preservationists feel that the project is a first of its kind for Orlando.
