A few more hotels are being added to the Lake Mary/Heathrow area including: The recently opened Hyatt Place with 128 Rooms is located on International Parkway just south of Lake Mary Blvd. In August 2009 the Marriott Residence Inn, also located on International Parkway south of CR 46A includes 119 all-suite rooms. Scheduled to open in November 2009 is the 250 room Westin Lake Mary, located north on International Parkway.  This hotel will include 14,000 sq. ft. of meeting space.
