So Much to be Thankful for this Holiday Weekend

First, I would like to wish everyone a fun & safe holiday weekend! Bear and I will be hanging out with friends and family enjoying the festivities. I also wanted to touch base as to how the market seems to be doing in the midst of this pandemic and what we are doing to keep you safe. And finally, remind you about a fundraiser dear to my heart.

Numbers are rising here in Seminole County and across Florida. Sellers & buyers alike, your safety is our number one concern. The Market

Even during these challenging times, the real estate market is holding well. My home sales are up 33% over this time last year! Currently many homes are getting several full price offers within the first week!

Labrador Retriever Rescue of Florida

This annual fundraiser only lasts a short time, so please help Bear's friends out today that are still in foster care. This fundraiser runs from June 15th until August 15th. Our funds get depleted in the summer and fall with the many heartworm treatments and surgeries we provide. The Labs depend on us to provide the care they need. All contributions will be matched up to a total of $20,000 by a generous grant from the Batchelor Foundation! This is especially significant because of fundraising events for the labs have been curtailed due to Covid-19 restrictions.
