The home, located in Lake Mary’s upscale enclave of Lake Club, was one this year’s entries in Orlando’s Street of Dreams Luxury Home Show. It is 11,026 square feet under air and was listed for $9,700,000; it sold for $8,100,000.
The Seminole County appraiser’s office released sales figures ranging from $4 million to $7 million as the highest qualified and unqualified sales to date citing august, 2006 as the time period used to determine these sales.
