The decision to create a new campus for the University of Central Florida in downtown Orlando will create a huge impact on the region.  The planned  $207 million UCF Downtown campus is expected to bring 10,000 students to the area  along with Valencia College.  Development on a 68 acre, $1 billion Creative Mixed use complex of the former Amway Arena may revitalize the Paramore community.   The completion would bring 4,000+ jobs to downtown Orlando.  Central Florida has bounced back strongly from the Great Recession of 2007.   This is evident in the quantity of  sales transactions as well as the quality of tenants signing lease agreements  and occupying space which was once vacant.
