The Residence Inn by Marriott will be the latest addition of hotels to the Lake Mary area located on International Parkway. Built on 2 acres of land south of the Lake Mary Marriott, the $16 million hotel will consist of 119 rooms and 84,000 square feet. The hotel project should be complete by spring 2009.
