Karen Arbutine, REALTOR^® Joins

One of our hometown REALTORS®, Karen Arbutine of RE/MAX Central Realty, has been chosen by The American Dream TV Network to feature hidden gems throughout Central Florida where residence love to live & play. One of only ten chosen from the 35,000 REALTORS® in the Orlando Area, Karen will highlight areas of Central Florida that you may not know exist; places where you just might love to live! Airing every Sunday at noon, The American Dream gives our communities national exposure. The American Dream can be seen on The CW, NBC, Fox and ABC networks as well as streaming on Roku, AppleTV, AndroidTV, Amazon Fire and Chromecast.

Karen was chosen due to so many facets that make her a true Power PlayerTM. Her main strength is her desire to build long lasting relationships with all her clients. Her joy comes from finding these friends their American Dream of homeownership. Her skills come from years of experience. She bought her first home at 19 and started down the path that lead her to placing in the top 1% of REALTORS® in the Orlando market by ORRA for the past 10 years.

She joined RE/MAX Central Realty in 2007 and is known for consistently selling homes for the highest price per square foot in a neighborhood. Currently holding the highest residential home sales record in the history of Seminole County for $8.2 million, Karen uses all her talents to get you the highest price in the shortest amount of time. Last month, Karen received an award for 2018, ranking #10 from the over 250,000 RE/MAX agents in Florida, with over $25 million in sales.

In her spare time, you can find her volunteering at the Labrador Retriever Rescue of Florida (LRRoF). Of course, you can’t care for these animals without falling in love with them and making them part of your family. Not only has Karen been a volunteer, but she has also become the parent to two rescued labs. “The unconditional love these dogs willingly give is a gift everyone should experience and cherish.”
