Markham Woods Corridor is considered the most desirable area to live in Seminole County. The corridor consists of other well-known developments such as Heathrow, Alaqua Lakes and Magnolia Plantation. To the west of the Markham Woods Corridor housing developments you will find Florida in its original glory which can be observed and enjoyed in the Seminole State Forest and Rock Springs Run State Preserve. The Wekiva River runs the entire border between pure nature and luxury, ending in the Wekiva Springs State Park at the southern end of the corridor.
