The housing market in Central Florida continues to recover as the inventory of foreclosed homes declined. Metro Orlando’s foreclosure inventory declined 3.3 percentage. In a 12 month period Central Florida had 15,053 completed foreclosures.
Completed foreclosures indicate the total number of homes actually lost to foreclosure. As fewer banks repossess homes this indicates a stronger homeowner market.
