Orlando FL Ranked #4 - Most Popular Cities to Live

Orlando FL was recently ranked #4 - most popular cities to live by the Pew Research Center Publication for 2009.

The national survey by Pew Research Center’s Social & Demographic Trends project finds that nearly half (46%) of the public would rather live in a different type of community from the one they’re living in now — a sentiment that is most prevalent among city dwellers. When asked about specific metropolitan areas where they would like to live, respondents ranked Denver, San Diego, Seattle and Orlando at the top of a list of 30 cities, and Detroit, Cleveland and Cincinnati at the bottom.

Despite a questionable economy Karen Arbutine broke Seminole County’s highest closed recorded sale. She represented the buyer and negotiated the record-breaking deal in this high profile sale.

The home is amongst the 2008 Street of Dreams Luxury Home Showcase in Lake Mary / Longwood, Florida located just off Markham Woods Road and sold for $8.1 million. The gorgeous lake front home in Lake Club was named the Chateau D’Usse and came complete with lazy river, Nintendo Wii room, theater, 5 beds, 5 baths and 11,026 square feet of luxury living.

As a business person in my sales and management career in the past years I have always found my secret to success quite simple. It is a basic philosophy I have used in business through out the years which is quite simple. I put my clients best interests first! I treat my clients and give them advice as I would with a family member. Honesty, integrity and sincerity is how I treat all of my valued clients. When I take this approach everything else falls into place as it should.

A few associates in my business question my approach by saying ” You have to look out for yourself”. I disagree strongly and attribute taking care of my clients first to be my true passion in the real estate field. Simple gestures such as helping clients make their mortgage payments, lending them money for home repairs, giving them closing gifts, making myself available for their calls and returning them quickly are just a few examples where I manage to help my clients.

In a nutshell ” Always Do The Right Thing When Nobody Is Watching”. If you practice this business will continue to thrive under any circumstances.
