  • Tell your broker what you want. Talk to the real estate broker about the specifications of the property that you are looking for. If you have something in mind, do not hesitate to speak up.
  • If your broker suggested a property and you don’t want it, tell him/her right away. Better yet, ask the broker to look for another and try to compare.
  • Let your broker know about your plans for the property. This way, he or she can look for a property that will suit your needs.
