In today's market, choosing the right agent for you can make the difference between a sale and no sale.   There are many factors to consider in selecting a real estate agent today. An agent that communicates and provides an aggressive broad based marketing plan is important.  They should also manage the transaction carefully until the sale closes.  Be confident that the agent is representing your best interests and negotiating on your behalf.  Negotiating a purchase contract may take multiple counteroffers in todays market before a deal is made.
