Seminole County School Board Acquires Land

Breaking News for all of those who are wondering if Seminole County School's will be expanding! The Seminole County School Board bought the 47 - Acre Chase Estate on Old Lake Mary Road for $4.9 million. The district plans to build an elementary school and a learning center on the site. Steven Triece represented the school board in the transaction.
