Seminole State College is expected to unveil two proposed master plans for its Oviedo campus March 18th and both show the college desires to grow by 270,000 sq. ft with three buildings which would come out of the ground as new construction. In the event the college moves forward with the growth plans, this will be a great opportunity for construction companies and subcontractors, as well as other service companies.

Enrollment growth has spiked the need for expansion, more than tripling since the campus opened. This year the campus has enrolled 9,000 students which is up from the 3,000 enrolled in 2001.
