Heathrow Master Board is in discussion with Home Builder Taylor Morrison on a proposed new community in Heathrow. The location of the proposed new home development is south of Heathrow Blvd, bordering Banana Lake Road at North gate backing up to Keenwicke, Waters Edge, and Lakeside neighborhoods. The potential development would consist of approximate 75 homes. The neighborhood entrance road would be located off of Heathrow Blvd in the low area between Keenwicke and the retention pond on the south side (right side as you are exiting) near the North Gate to Heathrow.
This proposed development would be an unfavorable addition to the to the Heathrow area. Approximately 40 acres vegetation and wildlife are at stake. Homeowners backing to the proposed development site could seen their home values decrease, not to mention 3 years of enduring construction. The area of the back gate has already seen too much congestion and over crowding.
On May 10th the Master Board will vote. Please act now, call Karen Arbutine at 888.727.7778 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to find out how to help stop this new development.
